"Cooking from the Ground with Ras Iroy" is an immersive culinary experience in Nevis that offers participants a deep dive into Rastafarian culture and Ital cuisine. Hosted by Chef Ras Iroy, a respected figure in the local Rastafarian community, the experience takes place on his farm, where guests harvest fresh, organic ingredients and prepare meals over an open fire using traditional Nevisian clay pots.
