Andia Ravariere

With more than a decade of experience in sustainable tourism development and destination marketing across the Caribbean, Ravariere’s career has been marked by a commitment to community-driven tourism and strategic innovation, with expertise in product development, destination marketing, and comparative analysis.

Before joining the Nevis Tourism Authority, she held leadership roles with the Ministry of Tourism in Anguilla—where she guided the island’s tourism rebound post-COVID-19—and most recently served as Destination Marketing Manager for the Discover Dominica Authority, achieving record growth in visitor arrivals and expansion into niche markets.

Ravariere holds both a Master’s degree in Tourism Development and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.

Pamela Martin

Pamela Martin is a dynamic leader in Caribbean tourism with more than 25 years of experience in hospitality promotion, destination marketing and strategic development. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Nevis Tourism Authority, a position she has held since 2020 and to which she was reappointed in both 2022 and 2024. Her leadership has been central to the Authority’s efforts to position Nevis as a premier travel destination, both regionally and internationally.

Under Mrs. Martin’s guidance, the Nevis Tourism Authority has implemented innovative marketing campaigns, expanded its global reach, and enhanced the island’s reputation for sustainable and culturally rich tourism experiences. She is recognized for her visionary approach, collaborative spirit, and unwavering dedication to the growth of the island’s tourism economy.

In addition to her role as Chairperson, Mrs. Martin serves as the Film Commissioner for Nevis. In this capacity, she actively promotes the island as a prime location for film, television, photoshoots, music videos, and commercial productions. Her work in this arena has significantly increased Nevis’s visibility within the global entertainment and creative industries.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Martin is a committed advocate for women’s empowerment and youth development. She is a member of the Board of the Nevis Island Government’s Gender Affairs Department’s Girls Mentorship Program, where she mentors young women and promotes leadership, confidence, and community involvement among Nevisian girls.

Pamela Martin’s career is marked by excellence, resilience, and service. She continues to be a transformative figure in tourism and social advocacy.

Pamela is married with one son.

John Hanley

Mr. John Hanley has been a Director with the Board of the Nevis Tourism Authority for the past 6 years. He previously served as the first Nevisian CEO of the NTA, and currently serves as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, overseeing tourism product development and policy/legislative matters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica and a Master’s degree in tourism management from IULM University, Milan, Italy.

Mr. Hanley has been married for 24 years to Mrs. Dion Hanley, and they have produced three children. He is proud to be associated with the NTA and strongly advocates a sustainable and responsible approach to tourism development on Nevis.

Oral Brandy

Mr. Oral Brandy is currently the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of the Nevis Air and Seaports Authority (NASPA), a position he has held since May 2013. He joined NASPA in 2002 and had moved through the ranks of Senior Accounting Officer, Accountant, and Financial Controller. Prior to his present employment at the statutory body, Mr. Brandy worked for twelve (12) years as an Accountant and Personnel Manager in the hotel sector and previously as a teacher.

He is a Professional Accountant and Fellow (FCCA) of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). In addition, he holds a Masters Degree in Ministry (MA Min.), an Associate Degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Port Executive (CPE).

With a strong faith in God and zeal for serving others, Mr. Oral Brandy is also a minister of religion and has been part of the Boys Mentorship Program in Nevis. He was an awardee for community service on the attainment of our nation's Independence. The opportunity to serve on the NTA Board and contribute to building our island's tourism industry is his delight.

Richie Lupinacci

Richie Lupinacci is the general manager and part of the family that has owned and operated The Hermitage Inn since 1971. Richie left Nevis to study in America when he was 13 and returned at 23 to help run the family business and has worked in the hospitality industry since. Richie has a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing and writes a blog about island life on Nevis.

Winston Crooke

Born in Birmingham, England, and raised with deep family roots in both St. Kitts and Nevis, Winston Crooke relocated to Nevis in 1991, where an early venture opening a windsurfing school quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to sport, tourism, and athletic development on the island. What began with cycling and guided tours grew into the formation of the Nevis Cycle Club and, ultimately, the establishment of Nevis as a regional hub for cycling and triathlon. Over the next two decades, Winston played a central role in bringing international competitions to Nevis, earning regional and international recognition as both an athlete and organizer, and helping place the island firmly on the global sporting map.

A founding leader of triathlon, cycling, and swimming development in St. Kitts & Nevis, Winston has served as president of multiple national federations, negotiated international federation recognition, and officiated at world-class events including World Championships, Commonwealth Games, Pan American Games, and the Paralympic Games. His legacy includes launching landmark events such as the Nevis to St. Kitts Cross Channel Swim, advancing youth and Special Olympics programs, and championing the creation of the nation’s first dedicated swimming facility. While stepping back from federation leadership in recent years, Winson continues to contribute as an international official and advocate for sport as a pillar of community pride, youth development, and tourism in Nevis.
