Get an early start for your guided journey up Nevis Peak, conquering its summit for panoramic island vistas. After your hike, savour an authentic Indian lunch at Indian Summer, renowned for its flavourful cuisine and delicious curries. Later, unwind by the pool, centring your mind and spirit before dinner.

The Hermitage's West Indian Night, with a traditional pig roast and vibrant local flavors, is the perfect end to a leisurely day (Wednesdays only).
