  • Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the Caribbean’s iconic AAA Five Diamond resort, has recently introduced two new dining experiences

    The oceanfront Mango restaurant, home of 101 Rums Bar, the Caribbean’s only bar dedicated to fine-aged rums, has introduced a weekly Reggae Brunch. Alongside live reggae music, brunch specials include: Mango Benny with braised short ribs, sweet potato rosti and chipotle hollandaise; Jerk Chicken & Cheddar Waffles with maple syrup; Seafood Cobb Salad with lobster, shrimp, crab, bacon, egg, tomato, avocado and Ranch dressing; and the Mango Burger with beef and chorizo, maduros, white Cheddar, fried egg and French fries. In addition to a selection of beer, wine and cocktails, including the Nevisian Cloud, guests can enjoy “bottomless” Mango Mimosas, and Bloody Mary and Mango Mary cocktails for $15 with brunch. Locals of Nevis and St. Kitts receive 10% off with proof of residency. Reggae Brunch is served Sundays from 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.
